Are you selling me a robot lawn mower or a service?

You are purchasing and signing up for a recurring lawn mowing service, not buying a robotic mower. We are a lawn care service provider and while we do install and leave the equipment at your house to perform as necessary, the equipment is ours and our team still shows up to do the rest (edging, trimming, maintenance, etc.) so you don't have to lift a finger!

What does the service cost?

Our pricing is very affordable, but because the sizes and shapes of yards vary, so does our pricing. We recommend contacting us via phone call or our online form to set up an at-home consultation with a Mowbotix Lawn Care expert to give you an accurate on-the-spot quote after seeing your property! We charge a monthly fee plus a small, one-time installation fee.

What advantages does wire-free robotic mowing have?

1. With  a perimeter wire, first, someone has to install it – this means extra  time if you do it yourself, or extra cost if someone else does it.  Secondly, the perimeter wire can be damaged by animals or someone  putting a spade through it - a break in the perimeter wire can be  frustrating. Third, if you want to change the area to be mowed, it  means re-laying the wire. Finally, if you decide to move, you need to  re-laying again the wire in your new lawn.
2. We can  remotely preset and update the mowing parameters for each zone, as well  as check the mower's status in real-time.
3. Our  robotic lawn mower keeps your lawn carpet-like all the time. The mower cuts more frequently in to ensure your grass stay healthy.
4. It is quiet, you can run it at any time without worrying about disturbing your daily activity or your neighbors.

Can your mower handle multiple mowing zones?

Thanks to the RTK-GNSS System, we can easily create and set mowing  tasks for separated mowing areas in the smart app, as well as set  channels to connect them for multi-zone management. By setting up the  operation parameters of different tasks, the equipment can automatically  operate in multiple areas in sequence. The mower can pass the sidewalk when  the width is more than 3 feet and surroundings are not severely  blocked.

Do I need to do anything to install the equipment?

Nope! Our team does it all - delivery, install, setup, and trimming & edging!

What if I want to cancel the service?

Accepted Answer

Just give us a call and we will come and pick up the equipment and do a full uninstall. It's a quick process just like set up!
